Cancellation by Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship

There may be certain purchase orders that the Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship is unable to accept and must cancel. The Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by the Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship’s credit and fraud avoidance department. The Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. The Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Refund Policy

If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your credit card account. A promo code, once used, shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order either by the customer or by the Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship.

Cancellation by the User

In case of requests for order cancellations, Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship and accept Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship’s decision regarding the cancellation. Any cancellations should be submitted to Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship within 7 days of making the payment.

Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Bulk Order Cancellations

As part of usual business practice, if Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship, Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 15 business days through Direct Bank Transfer. Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship reserves the right to cancel any orders that are classified as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship as per certain criteria. Any Indian Eduversity of Skills and Entrepreneurship cash or Promo Code used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below-mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

• Services ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
• Multiple orders placed for the same service at the same address
• Bulk quantity of the same service ordered
• Invalid information given in details
• Any malpractice used to place the order
